(a detail of the mural and exhibition at Books Factory Galerie in Paris)
Finally we’re home! When three weeks ago we left Copenhagen for the small tour of presentations that has just brought us to Italy then to France and back to Denmark we knew very little about many of the situations in which we would have found ourselves. Now what we can say is that is geat to be suprised by amazing people!
In Turin we have thank so much Malvina of Libreria Trebisonda which hosted the first ever presentation of Thaumatropical in Italy and also owns an amazing bookstore which is worth to visit and happens to be the only one in which it’s possible to buy our books in Italy, check it out if you are in Turin!
In Paris on the other side we’ve been twice suprised, firstly by the guys of Papier Gaché that hosted us at the 3rd edition of Fanzines! Festival and treated us so lovely for the two days of the festival, thanks! Then a special mention has to be for Clement, Renaud and David for turning a big question mark into our first presentation and exhbition in France. Even now the original drawings from “Apocalyptic Amaze” and “The Wind Was Blowing Strongly” are on show and possible to be bought at Books Factory Galerie on the Librarie Mona Lisait (211 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, Paris). It is also the first bookstore that sells our books in France and there you can also find a selection of limited edition prints and 4 murals realized by us. About Paris we should also thank and so much for different kinds of awesomeness Giulia and Elisa, Romain, Stephané and Jerk 45. Thanks so much, honestly we can’t wait to be back!
Eventually after Paris we got back home but for our first Danish presentation. The show was this weekend and we have to thank so much Zven Balslev (who also played with his new project Heksehyl) and Troels for helping and hosting the lovely night we had at Insula Music.
Now we’ll rest a little regarding presentations and festival but we’ll work on what will be our new publications, in fact there’s in program a fanzine, a big sized book and also some kind of a musical art book so expect some news and hopefully soon!
